• After completing the form, you will hear from us in about a week 

• Participation in research may or may not include in-lab sleep studies (or treatment)

• If you are eligible and choose to enroll in one of our studies, compensation will be provided

• You will hear from us, regardless of whether you are eligible for a study or not
